Christmas time is wonderful!!! But it is also chaotic. Schedules are a bit crazy and maneuvering dozens of boxes and a newborn through the post office is taking a bit of getting used to (LOL)! Hilary finally enters the 21st century = Faster email response!

Well, if you've emailed me in the last couple weeks, you may have already noticed the speedy responses. I finally gave in and got a Blackberry. This lets me field emails as they come instead of tackling them in 2 hour sessions. Less emails are missed and more questions are answered. So....what does this all mean. Well, it doesn't mean that I can always respond instantly. I can't type while I'm driving and I have 4 kids that need an attentive mom, but I will check my phone often and do my best to give you the excellent customer service you deserve!!!
